3 oz. opened in 2019 as the shared project of three bartenders. There is no cocktail menu: each drink is built to the guest's taste, ordered and collected at the bar, where guests watch it being made. Funk, hip hop and jazz set the mood, and the kitchen sends out freshly prepared food.
