Berg’s initiatives, notably through the P(our) Symposium, have championed sustainable, local, and equitable industry practices. Tayer + Elementary, the establishment she co-owns with Alex Kratena, underscores the political and social impact of conscientious choices in food, drinks, and service, advocating for social justice and positive societal shifts.
