Lillet, sometimes known as the enfant terrible of the cocktail scene due to the ambiguous quinine content post-1986, made an unexpected splash in mid-August in New York. In collaboration with Netflix, Lillet opened a pop-up bistro themed around the hit series ‘Emily in Paris’ at the Boucherie restaurant. For two days, guests could indulge in uniquely crafted cocktails—each featuring a mix of Lillet blanc or rosé with champagne, colored with either peach or strawberry puree. The event not only offered these simple yet elegant drinks but also served French cuisine and featured various artistic performances, creating a truly immersive cultural experience.
