Global Triumph

Adrian Michalcik from Slovakia triumphs at the Diageo World Class Competition in Sydney, securing victory in three key categories. Previously employed at the Ministry of Fun in Banská Bystrica and later at L’Fleur in Prague, Adrian represented Norway at the competition, where he currently resides and works at Pier 42 bar. In the global finals, he notably secured victory in three out of five categories impressively, evaluated by a star-studded panel including Monica Berg, Ago Perrone, and Ryan Chetiyawardana. Martin Župina, a bartender from the Mirror Bar in Bratislava, represented Slovakia at the competition, and we extend our congratulations on his advancement to the finals!
