Stanislav Harciník decided to bring his bar textbook, “The Cocktail Balance,” to the global market this year by releasing an English version. However, the English edition isn’t entirely identical to the Slovak one. The book received a new cover featuring detailed photographs of cocktails found within its pages, making it much easier to spot on bookstore shelves. The content of the book has also undergone changes. The cocktail, ingredient, and technique photographs have been subjected to a new post-processing method, enhancing their details, vibrancy, and offering a more visually appealing experience. Additionally, some cocktail recipes have been improved because, as the author himself states, “A professional isn’t afraid to progress and continually enhance their knowledge because the day we think we have nothing more to improve, we’re finished.”
