Bars Without Bartenders?

The Rise of Automation in Cocktail Crafting

While it may not seem immediately likely, the first signs are emerging, reminiscent of the aggressive birds in Hitchcock’s horror films. The range of ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails is rapidly expanding. Simple long drinks like Cuba Libre or Gin and Tonic are consistently high in quality and can even be ordered on Amazon now.
