Bar Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris has introduced the second volume of its acclaimed cocktail menu series A Sense of Memories. Created by Arnaud Volte and his team, the new offering explores the emotional connection between flavour and memory, capturing the warmth and nostalgia of autumn and winter through 15 new signature cocktails.
Designed as a sensory journey, each cocktail reflects a cherished seasonal moment, from the crisp freshness of early autumn to the magic of festive winter celebrations. The menu highlights seasonal and locally sourced French ingredients, evolving naturally from the first edition launched earlier this year.
Bar Les Ambassadeurs continues to build a reputation as one of Paris’ most inventive luxury cocktail destinations. Each drink is accompanied by a unique artistic illustration, inviting guests to interpret the experience through imagination while engaging every sense.
