BCB Berlin 2025 takes place from October 6–8, 2025, when the international bar world will gather at Messe Berlin for one of the leading global trade fairs for bar and beverage professionals. This year promises a refreshed mix of education, networking, and guest experiences designed to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
New Formats and Focused Education
The education program has been reimagined by Priyanka Blah and the BCB Education Board, offering curated stages, workshops, and national showcases. Attendees will gain insights into cocktail innovation, spirits, and the future of hospitality.

The BCB Embassy
The redesigned BCB Embassy serves as the central hub, merging tastings, talks, and cultural showcases. Each day highlights a unique theme:
-
Day 1 – Low & No: mindful drinking and low-ABV innovation
-
Day 2 – Classics: heritage cocktails and timeless techniques
-
Day 3 – Next Generation: future trends, young talent, and innovation
The Embassy bar, run by Botanical by Alfonse, will feature bespoke drinks inspired by each day’s theme.
Working Wednesday
A new addition for 2025, Working Wednesday is dedicated to the next wave of bartenders and hospitality professionals. In partnership with the Deutsche Barkeeper-Union (DBU), the day will include student discounts, career matchmaking, and sessions tailored to young talent entering the industry.
Global Networking
BCB’s Matchmaking Tool returns, allowing exhibitors, distributors, and buyers to pre-schedule meetings and maximize business opportunities. With more than 15,000 attendees from 80+ countries expected, BCB Berlin remains the most international stage for the global bar industry.
