Located in Crockford’s Tower, Horatio transports guests into the fictional world of bon vivant explorer Horatio Fairchild, a globetrotting character who has ventured through the world’s most celebrated distilling regions. His adventures inspire the bar’s design, drinks, and spirit collection, creating a destination for those seeking an experience beyond the ordinary.
An Immersive Three-Part Journey
Guests enter through The Portal of Secrets, a gateway to three distinct spaces. The Retail Emporium offers a curated collection of rare and exclusive bottles, tailor-made tasting flights, and off-the-menu treasures to take home. The Main Parlour is the vibrant heart of Horatio, home to the signature Trails & Tales cocktail program—a 12-drink journey inspired by the world’s great spirits-producing regions. The Enclave is a hidden, invitation-only chamber where ultra-rare cocktails are served in an intimate and intrigue-filled atmosphere.

The Trails & Tales menu transforms Horatio’s global adventures into drinkable stories. Signature creations include Kueh Kueh Spirits (Bourbon, Gula Melaka, Coconut, Calamansi, Salted Egg Yolk), inspired by Peranakan heritage; Highland Hermit (Scotch, Heather Honey, Pear, Lemon, Thyme), rooted in the Scottish Highlands; Pirate Radio (Aged Rum, Palo Cortado, Banana, Tamarind, Absinthe), drawn from Caribbean legends; and Dragon’s Breath (Cognac, Dry Sherry, Black Dates, Soya Sauce), a bold journey through Sichuan’s mountains. All cocktails are priced at S$26.

Horatio’s back bar boasts over 300 rare bottles, including collector’s gems like Macallan The Ranch 81YO and Karuizawa Omoiyari 36YO. Among the highlights is a specially purchased 1988 Macallan cask bottled exclusively for Resorts World Sentosa. The selection spans barrel-aged agave spirits, rare single malts, eaux-de-vie, and artisanal amaro, ensuring every visit offers something new to discover.
Culinary Pairings and Non-Alcoholic Creations
Beyond cocktails, Horatio offers crafted non-alcoholic options for guests who prefer the ride without the spirits. The globally inspired food menu features dishes such as Wagyu Beef Skewers marinated with whisky mustard, Salmon Tacos with osetra caviar, and Italian sardines with Manzanilla olives, along with sweet indulgences like “Johnnie Walker” Piedmont Pralines.
