Bar Les Ambassadeurs, the iconic bar inside Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, is inviting guests on a new emotional journey through its latest cocktail menu, ‘A Sense of Memories’. Crafted by Bar Director Kevin Rigault and his talented team, the menu is designed to evoke deep feelings of nostalgia and connection through a collection of 15 original cocktails.

Following the success of its previous menu, A Sense of Taste, this new chapter is presented in two seasonal volumes, beginning with spring and summer. The drinks are built around fresh French produce, sustainability, and the art of storytelling—transforming each sip into a memory-triggering experience.

Each cocktail is paired with visual illustrations, allowing guests to interpret the flavors through imagination and emotion.
