This September, The Cambridge Public House invites you to the Global Cocktail Celebration: Summer Olympics Edition, a unique gathering that brings together the world’s top bars in Paris. Scheduled from 8th to 10th September, this special series celebrates the spirit of the Summer Olympics with a showcase featuring nine globally renowned bars. The event, inspired by the international unity of the Olympics, will bring together top mixologists from around the world to Paris, each offering a unique taste of their home country’s cocktail culture.
The series promises an exciting lineup of bar takeovers and seminars, featuring top mixologists including Kristine Guterrez from Mister Paradise (USA), Simon Chollet from Symbiose (France), and Andrew Ho from Hope & Sesame (China), among others. Each bar will offer unique cocktails that celebrate their country’s flavors and mixology prowess.
Event Highlights
Guest Shifts: The event kicks off with three guest shifts each night. The opening night will see contributions from Mister Paradise, Symbiose, and Hope & Sesame.
Exclusive Cocktails: Each guest bar will serve special cocktails, collaboratively designed with The Cambridge team, for one and a half hours on their designated evenings.
Seminars: In partnership with renowned drinks journalist Francois Monti, The Cambridge will host insightful seminars at the 1K Hotel in Paris. These discussions will allow guest bars to engage in open dialogues about the industry, their unique approaches, and cultural influences.

Following the success of last year’s Rugby Global Series, The Cambridge continues to blend high-caliber bartending with international sports festivities. “We’re thrilled to integrate the spirit of the Summer Olympics into our event, offering a platform for extraordinary talents from across the globe,” says Hyacinthe Lescoët, co-owner of The Cambridge.
