By day the Aberdeen Street space runs as Sauce, a barbershop and coffee shop. After dark it flips into a cocktail bar of polished chrome, neon signage and industrial lighting. Opened in 2023, the bar names its drinks after departed artists, from Van Gogh to Frida Kahlo, including a whiskey highball that nods to Andy Warhol's Campbell's soup cans.
